Reduced sales plane by Toyota for the year

Global sale of 9.5 million vehicles is on the cards of Toyota for this year which is down from 9.85 million. Because of slow of Japanese automaker’s drive as the effect of slow-moving North American market

Planned lower number as announced by Toyota Motor Corp on Monday is better number of vehicles for sale than last year. In 2007 it sold 9.37 million vehicles which show the growth of 6 percent while in the current year its growth speed slow down under the new target sale.

Like previous year maker of the Camry sedan, Corolla subcompact and Prius hybrid also plan to global production of 9.5 millions vehicles which is a slow down in production target from year 2007.

As Toyota has a strong reputation for manufacturing models with good mileage, it is likely to achieve good performance in grooming market such as Russia and India, to recover the sale losses in North America. For this company is trying to produce smaller fuel-efficient models in place of gas-guzzling sport utility vehicles.
